Runway Safety Area Grading
Description; The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. The project shall include, but not be limited to: mobilization; excavation and embankment; temporary air and water pollution, soil erosion, and siltation control; runway and taxiway markers; traffic drums; low profile aviation barricades; structural Portland cement concrete; runway and taxiway painting; pipes for storm drains and culverts; concrete culverts, headwalls and miscellaneous drainage structures; seeding; topsoiling; and mulching.
