Rubbish Removal and Recycling Services
It is the intention of the State of Connecticut (the State), for using state agencies and
political subdivisions or municipalities to establish a Contract that covers the availability of Rubbish
Removal and Recycling Services (including white paper) on a continual basis or on an as needed
basis.
