Rowing Facility Improvements
The University is seeking Qualifications from general contractors (GC) for the Rowing Facility Improvements project (the Project). The Project includes construction of a new CMU and wood frame rowing facility to house locker rooms, offices, meeting spaces and storage space and will be approximately 9,500 square feet. Work also includes demolition of existing structures, landscaping, and parking improvements.
