Routing and Wayfinding Plan
Regional Council of Governments is requesting proposals to develop a Parkway and By-Pass Routing and Way Finding Plan (Routing Plan) for the Area Transportation Study Metropolitan Planning Organization study area.
All proposals must be complete and carefully worded and must convey all of the information requested. If the proposal fails to conform to the essential requirements of the RFP, the Council and the Council alone will be the judge as to whether that variance is significant enough to consider the RFP non-responsive and therefore not considered for award. The Council will not accept nor request additional information of an offeror in order to determine responsiveness.
The request for proposal (RFP) provides interested offerors with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit written proposals for consideration by Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments, herein referred to as "The Council," to develop a Routing Plan for the GSATS study area. This project is funded by Federal planning assistance, from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and from the South Carolina Department of Transportation, "The Department."
