Routine Facilities Maintenance, Repair, Replacement
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Turnpike Enterprise requires the services of a Florida Licensed General or Building Contractor to perform facilities maintenance and associated site and road maintenance and repair, replacement/installation services for eleven (11) toll facilities located throughout south, central and northwest of Florida Turnpike Enterprise System. The services, described in detail below, include but not limited to the following: electrical, electronic, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, roofing, glazing, drywall, stucco, painting, caulking, pressure washing, tile setting, masonry, sheet metal, ceiling repair/replacement, landscaping, seal coating, paving, pavement marking and signing, site work, small engine equipment maintenance, and repair including mowers, locksmith, telephone/intercom, fire alarm, glass, lightning protection, generator and automatic transfer switch, life safety systems, irrigation, toll booths, doors and frames, hardware, force mains, site utilities, flooring, parking lots and lights, backflow preventers, septic systems and lift stations
