PLEASE NOTE: SAM is completely free of charge for both registrants and users.
In lieu of Performance and Payment Bonds, per FAR 52.228-13 Alternate Payment Protections (July 2000), Payment Bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit is required. A Performance Bond is not required.
