Small businesses are sought which can provide scheduled maintenance/inspections and unplanned repairs/parts for five (5) rotating file storage units of various manufacturers used at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Detachment San Diego, (PNSDETSD) CA. All equipment is currently fully functional with no known major defects identified. Greater detail is provided within the DRAFT Statement of Work provided as an attachment.
These services are required for maintaining equipment in serviceable condition for the effective storage of document files. A twelve (12) month base period and two (12) month option periods are projected for this requirement. Each option period shall consist of 12 consecutive months. The anticipated award start date is August 14, 2014. The potential of an additional six month extension of services exists as well.
