Ross Street Extension and Paving
This project consists of removing and replacing approximately 2500 feet of a concrete street; internally resealing a box culvert; replacing a section of sewer line; removing and replacing sidewalk; installing pavers; construction of a fountain; landscaping; installation of electronic gates; new light poles; and pavement markings along Ross Street between Houston Street and Spence Street. PRIME CONTRACT: All work will be awarded under a single prime contract. PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 19, 2010 in Conference Room 1164, Suite 1162, Facilities Planning and Construction Department, in the A&M System Building, 200 Technology Way, College Station, Texas. General Contractor attendance is not mandatory but strongly encouraged. Major Subcontractor and Supplier attendance is recommended.
