This bid is for the 7/1/07-6/30/08 Janitorial Services contract for the FD Roosevelt Wilderness Outdoor Therapeutic Program located in Warm Springs, GA. This worksite includes 6 buildings to be cleaned. (See the attached floor plans of the buildings. Note: These are very rough sketches of the buildings and are not drawn to scale.)
There is a mandatory pre-bid conference onsite on Tuesday 5/8/07 at 10:00 a.m. (See attached directions. We are not found on internet mapping programs. Note: We are NOT the Roosevelt Institute.)

Janitorial Service is currently being provided by Premier Cleaning Service at $825/month. Note: Buildings are cleaned weekly, not daily (as described in the Janitorial Services and Schedule.)
