Roosevelt Hall is a historic building and the outside fire exits have rotted and are unsafe.
Culinary Arts building has one area that is sagging on the main level floor and needs to be fixed.
The Pre-Bid walk thru meeting will take place on Tuesday, July 8th at 10am at the Excelsior Springs Job Corps Center. You will need to sign in at the front gate (Welcome Center) and meet at the Administration Building Conference Room. The tour will start at approximatley 10:15.
Quotes are due Wednesday, July 16th, by 5pm Central Standard time, addressed to Lora Foster, Purchasing Specialist, in a closed envelope. Quotes can not be faxed only mailed or hand delivered.
