Removal of all components of the existing roof system down to the beams and disposal, including all electrical attached to the underside of the decking. Existing beams are to be leveled and cut to length; New manufactured metal plate wood trusses shall be installed; New sheathing and standing seam metal roofing shall be installed; Plywood shall be installed to the bottom side of the bottom chords of the trusses; New concrete siding shall be installed; New lighting shall be installed with motion activated controls; Gabel ends shall receive new plywood sheathing with concrete siding over sheathing. All concrete siding to be painted. Budget estimate $40,000
