The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the complete removal of existing built up roof system, removal of ACRM at parapet and curb flashings, The awarded contractor shall furnish and install new built up roof with modified bitumen cap sheet, associated flashings, metal flashing and miscellaneous items as described in the specification and shown on the roof plan. Alternates to include: replacement of the structural skylight system, masonry wall repairs, masonry weep inserts, brick cleaning and installation of new doors at the existing exterior stairwells.
