Roofing Replacement
The Contractor shall furnish all materials and labor, equipment, tools and other facilities and services, as required for completion of the project. Work includes the following:
1. Complete removal of existing flood coat and gravel surface 4-ply asphalt built up roof system and all components down to the existing lightweight with tapered EPS in the lightweight.
2. Furnish and install complete New Modified Built-up Roof System with flood coat and gravel surface, metal edge gravel stop, and all related components as specified.
3. New metal counter-flashings, additional wood nailers, raising of vent fans, curbs and mechanical equipment where necessary to achieve minimum flashing heights.
4. Replacement of all roof drains.
5. Remove and reinstall existing lightening arrestor system, including the replacement of any damaged components - approximately 400 lf, approximately 30 arrestor stakes, misc. wire replacement. Contractor shall perform test for continuity and continuous connection at conclusion of installation.
