Roofing Repair and Replacement
The City seeks an Agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation, hereafter referred to as “Respondent”, to provide all labor, equipment and materials for the repair and replacement of the Police Department roofing. The estimated roof surface area is 126,000 square feet. Respondents are responsible for taking their own measurements as noted during the mandatory pre-solicitation conference. No allowance shall be made for overages.
