Roofing Contractor
Evidence of expertise and experience in having completed at lease three (3)
projects with photos, with the following characteristics:
a. Installation or/or Replacement of roofs with cold process modified bitumen
membrane roof systems.
b. Replacement of roofs systems with modified bitumen membrane while the
facility is occupied. What provision was taken to protect the occupants of the
facility?
c. Installation and/or Replacement of structural metal roof assemblies.
d. Contractors submitting for Metal and Modified Roof Assemblies must submit
examples of both types of roof system.
