Roofing Canopy
You are invited to bid on a General Contract for providing the necessary preparation and installation work for Roofing Canopy @ Bleacher Seating.
Contractor is responsible for any site demolition and excavation to install roof canopies.
Contractor shall provide concrete footings suitable to stabilize and secure roof canopy structure.
Contractor shall provide any and all form work and removal of all form work.
Contractor shall provide the following:
1. Gable end roof canopies
2. Metal roof panels 26 gauge
3. Metal roof supports and roof framing 14 gauge
4. Galvanized steel construction at metal supports and panels
5. Baked on enamel finish at roof panels, galvanized finish at supports & framing, color as selected by owner
Contractor shall provide the following Roofing Canopies sizes:
1. 1 - 12 feet x 31 feet x 8 feet tall
2. 1 - 12 feet x 26 feet x 8 feet tall
3. 2 - 18 feet x 21 feet x 8 feet tall
4. 1 - 22 feet x 21 feet x 8 feet tall
5. 1 - 26 feet x 26 feet x 10 feet tall
6. 1 - 24 feet x 21 feet x 9 feet tall
Contractor shall provide trim, fasteners, screws and related items as necessary to complete construction and as per manufacturer standard
Contractor shall provide canopy structures and roof panels to resistant live and dead loads of wind, snow and rain as per applicable building codes.
