Roofing, Gutters, and Downspouts Maintenance and Repair
Removal of the existing roofing system for a police substation. Project will also include: roof demolition and replacement, selective masonry demolition, repair, modification, & replacement, repair of metal roof deck if required, rough carpentry, exterior wall sheathing infill, new built-up roofing and flashings, EPDM flashings, sheet metal flashings and trim, metal wall panels, joint sealants, furniture moving, miscellaneous interior finish demolition and replacement, removal and partial disconnection of existing lightning protection system.
