The Roofing Work Contractor shall have a minimum of 15 years’ experience performing similar type Construction Projects in a tight, urban, and academic environment. The Contractor shall demonstrate past experience with EPDM Single-ply membrane roofing installations on mid to high rise projects at multiple levels. The Contractor shall have experience meeting high performance specifications regarding installation, quality, inspections, and warranties. The Contractor shall have verifiable experience for at least six past projects of a similar nature being satisfactorily completed on schedule will be required.
