Roof System Repairs & Partial Replacement Project
The Work includes, on Project A – Elementary School, repairs to the existing slate and standing seam metal roofing areas, elastomeric coating on a portion of the metal roofing, replacement of the existing gutters and downspouts, and the roof replacement of the section of modified bitumen membrane roofing as indicated in the Contract Documents.
The Work also includes, on Project B – Elementary School, repairs and partial elastomeric coating to the existing standing seam metal roofing areas and replacement of the existing gutters and downspouts as indicated in the Contract Documents.
