2) Upload a conformed copy of W912LQ19B5001 through amendment 0005; and
3) Upload an official memorandum, dated 22 Aug 2019, addressing amendment numbering and offeror acknowledgment.
The purpose of amendment 0005 to W912LQ19B5001 is to:
1) Reaffirm as of 30 Jul 2019, sealed offers in original, and 1 compact disk with Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) copy, to perform the work required are due at the placed specified in block 8 of the lasted conformed copy SF 1442 by 1:00PM local time, 3 Sep 2019;
2) Have Offerors acknowledge receipt of the Federal Business Opportunities posting on 23 Jul 2019, which extended the response due date (date further extended via SF 30, amendment 0003);
3) Update the ADDRESS OFFER TO address located in block 8 of the Standard Form 1442 (SF 1442); and
4) Incorporate notes to address amendment numbering and offeror acknowledgment in Section 00100, Instructions to Bidders.
