Roof Replacements at Northview High-Rise PA-1-9 and Addison Hall, PA-1-1
The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh will receive sealed bids for General Construction for Roof Replacements at Northview High-rise and Addison Hall. This work has an estimated value of $250,000.00 - $325,000.00. It will consist of, but not limited to, selective demolition, facade repair and re-pointing, sheet metal replacement, roofing replacment, and re-coping of parapet walls. The work is estimated to begin in June 2009.
