Roof Replacement and Repair at Power Plant
Furnish all required material, labor, equipment, bonds, insurance, environmental controls and miscellaneous work necessary to replace the existing coal tar pitch built-up roof with a specified modified bitumen roof, facilitate any deck remediation, repair/replace degraded flashing, and add the various waterproofing improvements on the Power Plant building.
