Roof Replacement Projects
Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Roof Replacement Project for the Forest Products Center. The project is generally described as a tear-off replacement of approximately 32,000 SF of existing ballasted EPDM roof system with a new fully adhered EPDM roof system, including new insulation and flashings as required for a complete watertight roof system. Included in the Project will be ladders, fall anchors, roof cage and metal roofing.
