Roof Replacement Project for Architecture Annex
The project is generally described as a tear-off of the existing steep-sloped slate roof system (approximately 8,000 sqft which is generally intended to be salvaged by the Owner) and replacement with a new imitation/synthetic slate roof system. The project also includes structural steel upgrades to all the existing wood outriggers along the building overhang. *All bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Department located at 270 Southgate Center, Blacksburg, VA 24061 by 2:00 p.m. on May 27, 2009.
