Roof Replacement Project
Roof Replacement Project for the College of Veterinary Medicine Phase 3 at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, Virginia.
Scope: The project is generally described as a tear-off replacement of approx 34,714 SF of existing ballasted EPDM roof system with a new fully adhered EPDM roof system, including new insulation and flashings as required for a complete watertight roof system on the College of Veterinary Medicine. Included in the Project is fall anchors, and re-installation of existing lightning system
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 11:00 A.M. local prevailing time on March 13, 2008, in the Physical Plant Classroom, Sterrett Facilities Complex. While participation is not a prerequisite to submitting a bid, all interested persons are encouraged to attend this meeting.
* All bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Department located at 270 Southgate Center, Blacksburg, VA 24061 by 2:00 p.m. on March 24, 2006.
