Roof Replacement
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
Replacement of approximately 24,740 square feet of an existing EDPM roofing system with a cold process two ply APP modified bitumen Derbigum roofing system over cover boards and polyiso insulation boards. The roof will have an applied vapor barrier directly to the concrete roof deck and the project will include replacement of existing curbs, coping systems and roof drains. There are three penthouses located on the upper roof with the same roofing system on metal roof decks.
