Roof Replacement
This work includes demolition of the current roof and roofing structure that sits on top of the original roof, demolition of the shingles and underlayment of the original roof, sheathing over the existing 1x sheathing, and installing a new prefinished standing seam metal roof. The original hidden gutters or "box gutters" will be restored and new prefinished metal downspouts will be installed and connected to the existing cast iron boots.
