Roof Replacement
The Work to be performed under this contract consists of but is not limited to the installation of an adhered EPDM roofing system over existing metal roof. Prepare existing metal roof substrate to receive new roof system on top of existing. Install new adhered EDPM roofing system per manufacturers guidelines including a 25 year NDL Roof system warranty, removal of all construction debris incurred as a result of the project.
