Roof Replacement
Pre-bid meeting 03/26/2010.
The project includes but is not limited to necessary construction to complete the proposed re-roof of the Department. Work shall include removal of the existing single-ply EPDM over 3 insulation and the installation of approximately 35,980 square feet of new PVC Membrane Fully Adhered over Rigid Insulation Class A, including all material, accessories, tools, and labor as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications.
