Roof Replacement

This State funded project includes removal of existing asphalt shingle roofing and EPDM roofing with associated accessories, flashings, gutter system and replacement with new asphalt shingle roofing and new insulated TPO roofing assemblies, with all associated underlayments and flashings. Existing galvanized gutters are to be replaced with new aluminum gutters of matching profile. Deteriorated roof sheathing identified at the multipurpose room area is to be removed and replaced with new. One structural truss in this area has rot identified in its top chord and is to be repaired in place by top chord replacement method outlines by structural drawings. Building is an academic classroom building with multipurpose room and library, and shall be occupied through the duration of construction.
