Roof Replacement

The City is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified General Contractors to provide construction and related services for the replacement of the roof with clay tile including replacement of the integral gutter system, replication of skylights, restoration of the cupola tower, and limited restoration of the building masonry (the Project) in accordance with all the construction documents and specifications.
The Project involves construction for the replacement of the existing modified bituminous sheet roofing system of approximately 21,000 square feet in area with Spanish S clay roof tile including required copper flashing; replacement of approximately 600 linear feet of integral gutter system; treatment of roof openings including approximately 400 square feet of smoke vents and other vents, access openings. Also included is the complete restoration of the cupola tower, replication of approximately 575 square feet of skylights and limited restoration of the building masonry. The building is currently occupied and will need to be accessible during construction.
