The project consists, in general, of the removal of the existing roof system down to the roof deck, and the installation of a new thermoplastic membrane roof over insulation and coverboard. Bid alternate #1 consists of the installation of a new thermoplastic membrane roof over lightweight insulating concrete.
The lowest bidder will be determined for the roofing project by the value of the base bid only.
