Roof Repair
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
The Work includes the removal and replacement of single-ply membrane roofing, insulation, sheet metal flashings, and roof drains on a concrete vault roof. The work also includes interior repairs, including removal, replacement, and patching of gypsum board assemblies and painting of repaired walls, soffits, and touch-up of underside of roof. Exterior sealant along some windows will be removed and replaced.
