Selective demolition of roof-top components, including but not limited to: existing vents & fans, flashing, thru-wall scuppers, downspouts, guy wires and pitch pockets Installation of modified asphalt built-up roofing, flashing, thru-wall scuppers, downspouts, roof equipment curbing, extend electrical, gas, ductwork as necessary, and all incidentals required for complete installation in accordance with the Contract Documents.
