Mandatory pre-bid conference 02/25/2010.
You are invited to bid on a General Contract to replace the existing flat roof with a new standing seam metal roof system to stop future water damage and to enhance appearance of the Apartments. The funding for this is from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and bidder must have signs stating that at the project site.
