Roof Improvements
The Work consists of the removal to deck of the existing roof system, its replacement using rigid insulation, cover board and a single ply TPO membrane, repair of the metal roof deck and lightweight concrete fill, replacement of the building’s electrical service, replacement of all windows with energy efficient lowE glazing units and other ancillary work.
