Roof Design & Management - Roof Design
The Kirkwood School District is looking to solicit bids from interested roofing contractors for approximately 12,474 square ft. of roofing at 3 locations in the district for the 2009 -2010 school year. This work includes:
* (10,417) Square ft. at Kirkwood High School - (roof type to be determined) EPDM/MODIFIED
* (767) Square ft. at Nipher Middle School- EPDM
* (1,290) Square ft. covering a walkway canopy at Kirkwood North Middle School - EPDM
The Kirkwood School District is looking for the following services to be provided by a qualified roofing consultant to design, bid, and manage the above roofing projects.
