A. Solicitation is 100% Set Aside for Small Business.
B. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement, dated 30 April 2019.
C. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.
D. Proposals must be received via e-mail no later than 12:00 PM EST on 9 Aug 2019.
E. Proposals must be valid for 30 days.
F. Proposals must include the attached Standard Form 1442 and Section B.

H. A Site visit will be held on Thursday, 25 July 2019 at 1:00 PM EST. Contractors wishing to attend the site visit must submit names of the attendees to the POC, marika.trantanella.1@us.af.mil, no later than 12:00 PM on 23 July 2019.
I. Questions are to be submitted via email only to the POC by 12:00 PM EST on 29 July 2019.
J. As in Section M, proposals are evaluated for award by lowest price technically acceptable.
