Romania and Sweden PATRIOT Air Defense System Techical Assist
The intent of this Synopsis, in accordance with FAR 5.201, is to add the supplies and services described below onto the Government's existing contract with Raytheon Company, SPRBL1-15-D-0017. The Government's market research suggests that Raytheon is the sole approved source capable of providing these services.

Technical Assistance (TA) in support of Phased Array Tracking Radar to Intercept on Target (PATRIOT) Weapon System for FMS countries, Romania and Sweden. This shall consist of technical management, technical support, and assistance in the planning, training, fielding, deployment, maintenance, and sustainment of both Romania and Sweden PATRIOT Air Defense System, associated equipment, and logistics support.
The proposed performance period for this action is 1 Feb 2020 - 31 Jan 2025. Additionally, please note that this is not a Request for Proposal. This notice is provided for planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government.
