The City of Rochester Hills is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a comprehensive messaging evaluation and brand development, including key message and logo design. The project includes the redesign of the Citys standard communication templates to integrate the brand, development and printing of a primary marketing brochure, folder, style guide, and strategic plan to launch the brand to the community and metro Detroit area.
