Roadway Scoping
Prepare preliminary and final road scoping packages for a 3R fix on the above noted roadway as defined in Attachment A. Due to the size/length of the project, it will need to be broken into 2 jobs. The exact location of the split will be determined during the scoping process. The pavement fix will be subject to
modification until the conclusion of the preliminary scope review meeting. The preliminary 3R proposed fix is assumed to be cold milling, detail 7 and 8 joint repairs, minor drainage improvements, intermittent barrier wall replacement, and a 2 course HMA overlay.
