Roadway Scoping
Prepare preliminary and final road scoping packages for a 3R/4R fix on the above noted roadway project as defined in Attachment A. Due to the size and complexity of the project it will need to be broken into 2 jobs, exact location to be determined during scoping process. The pavement fix will be subject to change until conclusion of the preliminary scope review meeting. The preliminary 3R/4R proposed fix is as follows:
Cold milling, joint repairs and 2-course HMA resurfacing of all lanes. Cold milling, joint repairs and 2-course HMA resurfacing on the inside composite lanes and reconstruction of the outside lanes.
In addition to analyzing the above fix, the consultant is also required to prepare a cost estimate for total reconstruction of all the lanes.
