Roadway Improvements
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
The Bidder will submit a lump sum price to perform Improvement work. The successful Bidder will enter into a Subcontract Agreement to remove existing roadway improvements, grade, install drainage improvements, pave, and install channelization stripping, hydroseeding, and plantings for a portion as per the Project plans. The Subcontractor’s work includes, but is not limited to supervision, submittals, materials procurement, labor, equipment, supplies, consumables, permits, coordination with other contractors and subcontractors. Bidders are responsible to familiarize themselves with the project site, scope of work within this bid package, the plans and specifications contained in the Contract Documents.
