The work includes earthwork; constructing a storm drain systems; constructing concrete box culverts; building two similar six-span bridges; furnishing and placing aggregate base and asphaltic concrete; constructing concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, and concrete channel lining; furnishing and installing guard rail, pavement markings, traffic signals, irrigation, and plants; and related incidental work.
