The objective of this contract is to design various street capital improvements and possibly replace all of the streetscape from building line to building line, including; curb, sidewalks, driveways, handicap curb access ramps, underground facilities, street drainage structures and piping, street lighting systems, and traffic signal systems throughout the City.
