Roads Enterprise Asset Management System
This Scope of Work (SOW) outlines the Road Services Divisions (RSD) need for an Enterprise Asset
Management (EAM)/Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) solution. The Division
is pursuing the replacement of its current systems with a commercial off-the-shelf product that supports
asset and work management on the roadway and facility assets that it owns and maintains. The
Division will not accept an entirely custom software solution. RSD invites your company to provide
information on software, services, and qualifications for the implementation of a comprehensive and
fully integrated EAM/CMMS solution. These services include: project management, hardware
specifications, software installation, business process analysis and re-design, system configuration,
systems integration, testing, documentation, implementation and training.
