Road salt and sidewalk salt for Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery
The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is soliciting quotations under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 36C786-19-Q-0484 to supply road and sidewalk salt to Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery on an as-needed basis. The NAICS Code is 325998; Size Standard is 500 employees. Units shall be in accordance with the Price Schedule and terms and conditions contained in the solicitation.
The Government will award a Blanket Purchase Agreement using the best value tradeoff approach resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government regarding price. In addition, the Government intends to award without discussions. Therefore, the offeror s initial proposal should contain optimal terms from a price and technical standpoint.
