CPA when the cost of materials has changed per the referenced PPI.
PPIs shall be used on the following line items (s):

81, 89, 90 & 94.
WPU13220161 Nonmetallic mineral products; Portland and other cements for line items 53 & 54
PCU212111212111S Bituminous coal and lignite surface mining; Secondary products for line
items 82 & 83,
WPU06130213 Chemicals and allied products; Lime, inc., quick hydrated & dead burned
dolomite for line items 84 & 92
WPS132101 Nonmetallic mineral products; Construction sand, gravel & crushed stone for line
items 85 thru 88 and 91 & 93 and 95 & 96.
