The construction consists of a total of 1.95 miles of road improvements . The construction consists of four lanes of roadway with medians, curbs, sidewalks, traffic signals, landscaping and irrigation, utility work, retaining walls, soil nail walls, noise walls and drainage facilities, a concrete girder bridge.
