Road Street Improvements
Constructing a two and three lane new roadway with multilane intersections, grading, relocation of the Plant Entrance, storm sewer installation, protecting
unnamed tributaries in compliance with the Corps of Engineers NWP Permit #14, traffic control, modification of a traffic signal at M-291, site restoration, as well as all labor, materials, equipment, tools, superintendence, and all other services necessary to perform the work.
